Customer By MP 2010-07-30 I had my passenger rear and small window broken on my truck. I called my insurance company who connected me to Barry the office manager. I spoke to Barry who was very help and told me to bring it right in even gave me directions how to get there and directions to make sure I got home. When I got there Barry said he needed was my insurance card and said he will take care of the rest. Even gave me a coupon to get discount on breakfast while I waited. The work was done in an hour. I came downstairs to find my windshield cracked yesterday. I called my insurance co. and requested 2 hour which they approved. I then called the boys and Barry told me to bring it right over. I got to the shop at 10:30 and the car was ready at 12:25. Now let me tell tou about the first time I met Joe. Last Christmas morning my wife found that her drivers window was smashed and a parts stolen from the inside of the door. The weather was threatening, freezing rain was predicted. I found 2hour online and called them. To my great surprise Joe answered the phone and said that "no we won't be doing repairs today but why don't you bring the car over so you don't have to leave it outside in the bad weather. Are you kidding? No, said Joe. We brought it over to the shop on Friday 12/25/2009 and the job was finished by 11 a.m. on Saturday 12/26/2009. And they replaced fixed the door , too! I'll always go back to 2 hour auto glass! great service By Michael Bender 2010-05-24 Barry answered our call for help at 6PM after our car had been broken into earlier in the day. He delivered on his promise to repair our window first thing in the morning. We were out within an hour of having arrived, not only that but he provided us with coffee, TV, wifi and a waiting room, as well as directions to his place and a good price. The work was done in one hour ... not 2.... and a super job too replacing my cracked front windshield. All I had to do was present my insurance card and they took care of the rest. They get the job done By ck11215 at Citysearch 2010-02-17 I discovered the passenger side window of my Mini had been smashed on Sunday. I called the guys at 2 Hour Auto Glass. The shop was closed but since they were in the area, they opened it for me to drop my car off so I wouldn't have to pay for a garage overnight. They were able to order the original glass and have the car to me in time for an important trip on Tuesday. I would highly recommend using 2 Hour Auto Glass. * Pros: Fast, responsive and quality work * Cons: None good job By Larry 2010-02-17 Barry's a great guy and runs a professional business with courteous and knowledgeable staff...Talked with him for about 25 min while I waited to get my Van's windows tinted and before I knew it- the job was completed in under an hour!!...On my way to Inspect the job I looked over and there was Barry...Adjusting the reception on a TV In the waiting room so that a Lady/customer could watch Judge Alex and he even turned a heater on and pulled It close to her leg...Now If that's not going above and beyond to please your customers!...Tell me what is??...Finally got to my Van and I was impressed, a damn good job and at the price he quoted me over the phone!...I highly recommend him and I'd refer his establishment to all my friends and anyone else for that matter...Happy Holidays Barry! Thanks so much, Larry * Pros: Quick Service Car Owner By Lauren McGeough 2010-02-17 I found 2 hour auto glass repair by a google search after finding my car window broken. I was dreading getting it fixed but this was the best possible experience I could have had. From my first phone call until the moment I drove away, I was astounded by the level of professionalism and customer service I received. I was given a quote on the phone that was honored to the penny. I was told my window would be fixed within the hour and it was. Not to mention, Barry, the owner gives the best directions and I found their locaion without a problem. I am a picky consumer and I could not rave about 2 hour auto glass enough. Without hesitation, call 2 hour auto glass if you find yourself with a broken window! And by the way, they even offer a waiting room with TV while you wait and there is a dunkin donuts near by too!
